Italian qualified lawyer with a strong background in technology law, a
broad range of IT skills and a great passion for digital innovation, always exploring and seeking after
knowledge. 15+ years of professional experience, of which 9+ years of post qualification
experience (6+ years consulting and litigation and 3+ years in-house) in the fields of data
protection, with a focus on software products, artificial intelligence,
intellectual property, open source software and tech law in general.
Currently working at PagoPA S.p.a., the Italian state-owned tech company established to build
citizen-centered digital public infrastructures and spread digital public services.
Member of the steering committee of the Ph.D. in Law at the University of Milan, and external expert on the City
of Turin Ethics Board for Emerging Technologies since 2024.
